ReNu Life recently began doing Incident Reports using our QuickMar med pass system.
After reviewing the incident reports done so far through QuickMar, we felt the need to publish these tips when completing them.
- The "Title" of the Report should be the Resident's Name, like "Doe, John" - last name, first name. This helps to sort them when needed.
- There is a section called "Affected Residents". There is a button located in that section to add or attach a resident. Make sure to attach the resident that the report is about. Only attach the main resident. If there are two or more involved, do a separate report for each of them.
- Make sure to enter the description of what happened, and only what happened. Not opinions or feelings about what happened.
- Be sure to select yourself in the dropdown labelled "Reported By". This is important so that if there are questions we know who to ask about the report.
- If you mess one up and have to do another, alert your supervisor so the bad report can be deleted.
