As a HabTech, you will assist residents with a variety of tasks and goals including, but not limited to:
  • Keeping environment safe.
  • Supervise and assist residents in grooming, personal hygiene, clothing care, meal planning, housekeeping, and other areas of daily living.
  • Transport residents to and from appointments and other activities.
  • Assisting other staff members during breakfast, lunch, dinner.
  • Assist with Recreational Therapy at scheduled times.
  • Spend one-on-one time with residents.
  • Charting all notes in a timely manner.

As a Supervisor, you will assist residents and staff with a variety of daily functions including, but not limited to:
  • Keeping environment safe and respectful.
  • Supervise staff to ensure all goals are being met.
  • Train staff in the functional operation of 4 group homes.
  • Ensure houses are operating efficiently.
  • Ensure staff are charting correctly.
  • Ensure medications are available at each house according to orders.
  • Work directly with QPs to help staff understand and follow treatment plans.
  • Assist residents during Day Program
  • Schedule staffing for each house maintaining proper coverage on all shifts.
  • Monitor diet plans and ensure residents are receiving proper dietary needs.
  • Meet with Administration as needed for review.
  • Evaluate staff per guidelines.
