Yesterday afternoon, we received notice that we have been accredited for another three years by CARF! This is a major accomplishment for ReNu Life and it is an honor to be able to share this wonderful news with all of you.
We would like to thank everyone that worked so hard to prepare for the survey, as well as the residents, staff, and stakeholders that offered such kind words during their interviews with the surveyors. We are very proud of what we do and will continue to strive for a better tomorrow.

On July 19th and 20th, ReNu Life welcomed CARF back into its facilities. It had been three years since their last visit and it was time for our program to undergo re-accreditation once again. We worked very hard to get ready for their arrival, ensuring that we understood all of the standards that would be applied to our program and gathering the required documentation to substantiate our compliance.
CARF sent two wonderful individuals to conduct our survey: Mr. Emmett Ervin and Ms. Megan Gonzales. Both surveyors were well-versed in the CARF standards and conducted a survey that was both informative and beneficial to our program. They were taken on a tour of our group homes and the TBI Rehab Center and had nothing but good things to say about what they saw and felt during their time with us. It has been four weeks since they left our little town but their influence has left a lasting impression. As we await our survey results, we continue to be grateful for how CARF has provided us with the tools and techniques to help us improve our quality of service as well as our relationships with our residents, stakeholders, and staff. |
